brake resistor wiring note:
① When using an external braking resistor, please remove the short piece between PRA and PRB, otherwise the braking resistor will be damaged by overcurrent;
The braking resistor resistance value can not be lower than the minimum allowable value, otherwise it will cause r220 alarm or damage to the drive;
③ Please install the external braking resistor on metal and other incombustible materials.
Power Wiring Examples

Main Circuit Wiring Precautions
① Please confirm that the CHARGER indicator light is off before checking.
② Please ground the servo drive reliably.
③ It is forbidden to connect the input power line to the output U, V and W, otherwise it will damage the drive or cause other dangerous accidents.
④ There is no phase sequence requirement for the input side wiring of the main loop of the servo driver, but the shielding layer of the input side cable of the main loop of the servo driver and the PE terminal on the driver need to be grounded together.
⑤ If the cable is bundled and used in pipelines, etc., it may cause deterioration of heat dissipation conditions, and the allowable current reduction rate should be considered.
⑥ Use a cable with a suitable bending radius to ensure that the bending radius is more than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable itself to prevent the long-term bending of the cable from causing the internal core to break.
⑦ The braking resistor must be wired according to the regulations, otherwise it may cause fire or other hazards.
Do not bind the power cord and signal line together or too close to each other, should be more than 30cm apart to avoid interference.
⑨ Ensure that the terminal is installed and fastened, and do not power on the cable when it is loose, which is easy to cause accidents such as electric shock.
⑩ Please use cables with rated voltage above AC600V and rated temperature above 75 ℃. Under the conditions of surrounding 30 ℃ and normal heat dissipation, the allowable current density of wires using cables should not exceed 8A/mm when the total current is below 50A, and should not exceed 5A/mm when the total current is above 50A.
Please do not frequently ON/OFF the power supply. When continuous ON/OFF power supply is required, please control it below 1 minute. Since there is a capacitor in the power supply part of the servo driver, a large charging current (charging time 0.2 seconds) will flow when the power supply is turned on. Frequent ON/OFF power will cause the performance of the main circuit components inside the servo driver to deteriorate.
Do not power on the terminal block when the screw is loose or the cable is loose, which may cause a fire.
