The servo driver provides users with a wealth of user parameters, alarm parameters, monitoring methods (motor speed, position deviation, etc.), users can adjust the parameters according to different field conditions to achieve the best control effect. The panel of ATS series servo drives is made Display (5-bit 7-segment LED digital tube) and Key Composition. Can be used for servo drive status display (such as operating parameters or fault code), parameter setting and Jog and other functions.
Key regular functions are as follows:

The operation diagram of digital panel is as follows:

The alarm code r0240 (r240) is shown in the figure, STO is not connected correctly for demonstration, and the signal lamp shows ERR (alarm prompt)

The alarm code prompt is as follows:
R240: STO alarm.
r239:IPM FAULT output.
R238: software overcurrent.
R237: Position feedback error.
R220: Bus overvoltage.
r219: undervoltage of bus.
R218: IPM overtemperature.
R100: Forward limit.
R99: Reverse limit.
r80: position command out of tolerance.
r79: Speed command out of tolerance.
The diagram shows that "d -- xx" is the monitoring parameter.

Monitoring parameters are as follows:
d -00: Speed in RPM.
d -01: number of absolute position pulses.
d -02: phase current.
d -03: bus voltage.
D -04: absolute encoder position of single turn.
d -05:IPM temperature.
d -06:DI status.
d -07:DO status.
UP / DOWN: Switch parameters.
SETConfirm the monitoring parameters.
FASHION: Switch to another mode.
Parameter monitoring execution:
Displays the real-time value of the monitored parameter.
"LEFT": If the display is divided into high and low bits (such as decimal numbers with more than 5 digits and hexadecimal numbers with more than 4 digits), the high and low bits can be switched.
The "P0-00" shown in the figure is the parameter setting, and the flashing bit is the selected bit.

Display parameter values:
P0: Basic parameters (mode and communication, etc.).
P1:I/O parameter.
P2: Control parameter.
P3: Drive and motor parameters.
P4:VS and PS parameters.
P5: Feedback status.
Warm Tip: After setting the parameters, the parameter values in RAM will be updated, but they will not be saved to EEPROM. After power failure, the parameters will be reset with the values in EEPROM. To save parameters to EEPROM, use "S_rSt" in EEP function (save EEPROM and reset).
UP / DOWN / LEFT: Value setting and selection.
MODE: Switch to parameter setting selection.
SET: Set parameters, such as parameter error, display "P-FLT".
LEFT: parameter bit selection. If it is a signed parameter, bit 5 and bit 4 flash at the same time when the sign bit is selected.
▽ The illustration shows "A-EEP" as the auxiliary function of the save and reset operation

Show A- XXX for accessibility selection:
EEP:EEP save and reset operations.
CLr: Clears the fault.
Jog:Jog mode control (only when the control mode is configured as Jog mode).
UP/DOWN: switching function.
MODE: Switch to another mode.
SET: Switch to auxiliary function execution.
Accessibility Execution:
EEP function:
When entering the EEP function execution, "_SAVE" is displayed ".
"UP"/"DOWN": switching function, respectively:
“_SAVE”(保存EEPROM);
"__rSt" (reset);
"S_rSt" (save EEPROM and reset);
"r_rSt" (factory reset and reset).
"SET": Perform the selected operation.
MODE: Return the accessibility selection.
CLr function:
When the CLr function is executed, "CLEAr" is displayed ".
SET: Clear the fault.
MODE: Return the accessibility selection.
Jog function (effective only when the control mode is Jog mode):
After entering the Jog function execution, the feedback speed is displayed.
"UP": forward inching.
"DOWN": reverse jog.
MODE: Return the accessibility selection.
