From May 15th to 18th, 2025, the global engineering machinery industry once again focused its attention on Changsha, the star city! The 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition (CICEE) grandly opened on the 15th. The most distinctive product with the highest number of inquiries at this exhibition—the AT series digital hydraulic cylinder. It is a digital hydraulic cylinder independently developed by Auton for concrete pump trucks to meet the needs of safe and precise measurement. It is the first in China to adopt Visual Displacement Measurement Technology , achieving digital hydraulic cylinder displacement measurement through functions such as encoded image acquisition, displacement information decoding, and high-speed data transmission. It is currently used in Sany pump trucks.

Actual data shows that compared with traditional hydraulic cylinders using magnetic induction technology, the digital hydraulic cylinder solves the problems of visual measurement and environmental adaptability in the small, enclosed spaces of engineering machinery, achieving a measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm. This not only improves measurement accuracy but also only requires tightening 4 screws for installation, significantly reducing costs and improving engineering efficiency. It can be widely used in excavators, earthmoving and transport machinery, compaction machinery, and road machinery.

The servo electric cylinder, which also attracted a wave of inquiries from exhibition visitors, is one of the indispensable precise power sources in the production and application of engineering machinery.
Auton's ATC series servo electric cylinders, highlighted by their "small size, large load, and high precision," combined with the Auton ATS series servo system, constitute a precise positioning solution for large-piece bevel cutting, achieving functions such as automatic positioning judgment and position feedback. This solves the problems of long response cycles and workpiece damage due to overshoot in external closed-loop systems, contributing to the intelligent upgrading of the bevel robot cutting process in Sany Heavy Industry's "lighthouse factory".

In addition, the ATCS series servo electric push rods, due to their high precision, limit protection, and small size, are also used in Sany heavy-duty truck's integrated charging and swapping station, helping the swapping station achieve automatic battery swapping for a single vehicle in 1.9 minutes, automatic battery adding/unlocking, and solving the problems of difficult charging, difficult battery swapping, and high costs encountered by new energy electric vehicles.
