Case overview:
A tower crane is a rotating crane with a boom mounted on the upper part of a towering tower. The operating space is large, mainly used for the vertical and horizontal transportation of materials in housing construction and the installation of building components. It is composed of three parts: metal structure, working mechanism and electrical system. The metal structure includes the tower body, the boom and the base. The working mechanism has four parts: lifting, luffing, rotating and walking. The electrical system includes motors, controllers, power distribution cabinets, connection lines, signals and lighting devices.
Performance characteristics:
The tower crane servo slewing system is used to control the slewing motion of the tower crane. The servo motor is used to replace the original three-phase asynchronous motor. The current loop, speed loop and position loop at the bottom are optimized with a customized servo drive system to realize the smooth start, stop and operation of the motion mechanism, and monitor the status of the motor and transmission mechanism, so that the system has stronger self-diagnosis and protection capabilities, higher energy density and better low-speed performance.
