The fourth step,Demoulding material
Finally, the blown PET bottle is removed from the forming mold through the bottle-out jaws, which is our common bottle.
The above four steps seem simple, but they are not simple at all. The motion control of each link needs to maintain high-speed, stable and efficient synchronization. A slight delay in one link or a few more seconds may lead to production problems.

What kind of running speed can ensure that the inner and outer walls of each bottle embryo are evenly heated, instead of the heating time being too short, resulting in white fog, crystallization and other problems during bottle embryo blowing, or the heating time is too long.
②Difficulties in Motion Control of Screw Group
For example, the distance between the bottle blanks in the heating guide rail is 40mm, while the distance between the bottle blanks in the heating guide rail is 80mm. What kind of speed control is needed between the two sides to ensure that the variable pitch screw jaws can always synchronize with the bottle blanks and accurately clamp each bottle blanks without omission.

③Difficulties in Motion Control of Molding Group
How to ensure that a series of actions and process time such as mold opening, stretching rod rising and falling, pre-blowing, high-pressure blowing and delay of each step match perfectly with each other?
