1.The servo system is an automatic control system, which makes the output controlled quantity such as the position, direction and state of the object follow the arbitrary change of the input target (or given value). Servo mainly by pulse positioning. Basically, it can be understood that when the servo motor receives the pulse, it will rotate an angle corresponding to the pulse to achieve displacement. Since the servo motor itself has the function of sending pulses, the servo motor will send a corresponding number of pulses every time it rotates an angle, which corresponds to the pulses received by the servo motor, or is called a closed loop. In this way, the system will know how many pulses are sent to the servo motor and how many pulses are received back.DCServo motors are divided into brush motors and brushless motors. The brushless motor with low cost, large starting torque, simple structure, wide speed range, and easy control needs maintenance, but the maintenance (replacement of carbon brushes) is inconvenient, generates electromagnetic interference, and has requirements on the environment. Therefore, it can be used for cost-sensitive general industrial and civil occasions.
It has a brushless motor with small size, fast speed, large output, fast response, light weight, small inertia, stable rotation, and stable torque. The control is complex and it is easy to realize intelligence. Its electronic commutation mode is flexible, which can be square wave commutation and sine wave commutation. The motor is maintenance-free, low working temperature, high efficiency, low electromagnetic radiation, long service life, and can be used in various environments.
2.AC servo motors are also brushless motors, which are divided into synchronous motors and asynchronous motors. Synchronous motors are generally used for motion control, with a large power range and high power. The inertia is large, the maximum speed is low, and it decreases rapidly with the increase of power. So suitable for low-speed stable operation.
3.The rotor inside the servo motor is a permanent magnet. drive controlledU/V/WThe three-phase electricity forms an electromagnetic field, and the rotor rotates under the action of this magnetic field. At the same time, the encoder of the motor feeds back the signal to the driver, and the driver compares the feedback value with the target value to adjust the rotation angle of the rotor, and its accuracy depends on the accuracy of the encoder (number of rows).
AC servo motor, brushlessDCThe function difference of servo motor: AC servo is better, because it is sine wave control, so the torque ripple is small.DCThe servo is trapezoidal but simple and cheap.
