The digital control system developed by the company for RGV (rail shuttle car) is composed of ATS60 series low-voltage DC servo system, shuttle car controller, hand-held remote controller and other parts. It uses car-level microprocessor as the core processing unit. It is an industry-leading intelligent digital acquisition RGV control system. The shuttle controller can drive two servo drivers to run at the same time, supporting CAN communication and external I/O control. The whole system related equipment is small in size, easy to install, fast wiring and simple to use.

Speed: full load 1.5 tons maximum speed 0.8 m/s, no-load maximum speed 1.8 m/s

Accurate positioning: the spacing error of pallets is less than 5mm, the counting quantity is accurate, and the operation efficiency is improved.

Super battery life: full battery life of not less than 8h, full battery life of not less than 6h after three years of use

Safe and reliable: a number of characteristic trajectory points are opened on the trajectory, which can effectively avoid obstacles and shuttle steadily.
