Sany Heavy Industry's "Lighthouse Factory", through "three-line connectivity" and relying on the industrial Internet, opens up production, quality, logistics, inventory and other production links, deeply integrates with production line automation equipment, and strives to build a "comprehensive and intelligent" digital factory. The "Lighthouse Factory" mainly has many assembly lines such as concrete machinery, pavement machinery, port machinery, etc., and is the assembly workshop of Sany Heavy Industry.
As the main structural parts of concrete machinery equipment, the frame, boom system, turntable and pumping system are mainly welded by steel plates with a thickness of 10-100mm. The thickness of the steel plates is different, and the shapes of the materials to be blanking are different. According to the design requirements of the welding structure, grooves of different sizes and shapes are required for docking, and the positioning and size detection accuracy of the workpiece to be beveled become the core components of the whole groove robot system. In order to meet the requirements of groove cutting of large-size workpieces at the same time, the groove cutting robot adds an external axis (X axis) in the structural form. The robot can move back and forth along the direction of the workpiece (X direction) on the guide support, and has the function of finding the starting point.
Over the years, Otong's deep foundation in the field of servo drive motion control has been fully demonstrated in this project. The fully autonomous and controllable underlying codes and algorithms enable Otong to quickly customize and develop servo systems that meet the corresponding application scenarios. The servo drive system dedicated to the large-size groove precision positioning device requires high positioning accuracy and fast shutdown response under the working conditions of rigid impact. Otto has developed a servo control system matching automatic in-place judgment and independent data feedback based on bus control in a very short time, which solves the problems of long response period of external closed loop and easy position overshoot to damage the workpiece, improve the system response speed and positioning accuracy.
