The manipulator of the injection molding machine adopts a servo motion control system. Its system pressure and flow are double closed-loop. The wave pressure system supplies oil according to the actual required flow and pressure, which overcomes the high energy consumption caused by the high pressure overflow of the common quantitative pump system. The motor works according to the set speed in the high flow working stages such as pre-molding, mold clamping and glue injection, and reduces the motor speed in the low flow working stages such as pressure holding and cooling, the actual energy consumption of the oil pump motor is reduced by 35%-75%.
